We rent our house from Saturday afternoon through the following Saturday morning.
The Sea Bluffe community limits our occupancy to six people – regardless of age.
Summer is our peak season. If you're dreaming about a week at the beach during June,
July or August, give us a call as soon as you can. These popular weeks reserve as
early as the preceding January.

Rates:
$1300 US Dollars - Off peak from mid-September through May (except major holidays)
$2000 US Dollars - Peak season from June through August as well as the week of Christmas

We ask for one-half of the rent to process your contract and reserve your week. The remaining rent is due 60 days
prior to your arrival. In addition to your weekly rent, we provide these services and collect $200 to cover
these costs:
$110 professional out-cleaning
$40 guest registration fee imposed by the community association
$50 utilities (includes power, cable TV, free long-distance & hi-speed Internet)
